Because we care

“There is no I in CARE”

Nisandeh Neta

“How many times do we need to tell you that This. Is. Not. How. We. Want. It? This is NOT taking care…. “

Vered is pissed at me. And I don’t understand it. Oh- I do understand why she’s pissed, it’s the fourth time that I’m getting the same feedback. I just don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

I got instructions, how to moderate. First name, Last name, picture, translate and get the errors out.

I do as I’m told, but it’s not good enough.

This was almost 2 years ago.

And only a few weeks ago, I finally got the point. I mean- I understood before, but really grasping it, happened only a few weeks ago.

I wish that I could explain it, and I’ll try.

Go back to one of the blogs of the past weeks, when Nisandeh and Vered started to communicate with you again, and have a look at how they communicated.

For instance HERE.

Check the answers on the comments. They took the time for EVERY answer. It’s extended. Personal. Connected. Aware. They really try to help each and every one of you.

That’s CARE.

When I started moderating the blog comments, sometimes Nisandeh had hundreds of comments, and I had a hard time catching up with them. To me, the most important thing was to gain as many comments as possible.

For him, it was, and still IS, about CARE. To make sure that each and every one of the blog comments that you post, is ERROR-FREE. That it’s clear for everyone, what you mean. That you will look professional. Yes, if English is not your native language and you struggle with the grammar, I would help you in the background, and make sure that your text is flawless when it appears.

That’s care.

From all the lessons that I got from Nisandeh, this was the one that changed my view on business completely. Do things from my heart. Care for my customers. Make sure I overdeliver. It’s NOT about money…

I am very good at doing 100 things on an 8 level. Taking care is only doing things on a 10 level.

When I look back at my (short) time at Open Circles, I can see the care. And I understood finally why they were so successful. Because they cared. Look back, and see it… it’s in everything. In how they sent the mails. The notebooks and pens. Do you remember what the badges looked like? They were well-thought and of marvelous quality… people kept it as a reminder, so the badges were beautiful.

Last week we asked if you wanted to know about how to live a GOOD life, or also about business.

You wanted business too, very clearly…

Nisandeh cares. So… he’s gonna give you business.

And not just the marketing lessons, and how to focus and be more productive… no… he’s gonna share what he taught me in the past 2 years… how to build an extraordinary business that changes lives.

Again…. it’s not for everyone. But… if you want to learn how you can create an extraordinary business, that makes a difference in the world, then you want to be part of this tribe.

After March 19, I will not mail you anymore. So I’m urging you… please register to the list… it’s your opportunity to stay in touch, and to keep on learning from Nisandeh, not just on how to create your best life ever. But also how to create your best BUSINESS ever.

No- no Business Bootcamps anymore. You will learn, in a closed community, filled with committed people who all want to create a better world, and are willing to keep each other accountable. Will you be part of this tribe of conscious entrepreneurs? We’d love to have you there.

I’ll be there too- as part of the team, and I will share with you what I know. And I know you have something to contribute.

How do you show your care in your BUSINESS or in your JOB? Please SHARE in the comments box BELOW to share with each other…Nisandeh will read each and every statement and respond whenever appropriate…
